- Communication on a regular basis with both residents and the Directors of the Management Company
- Monthly reports to Directors which include a Budget v Actual analysis, cash book and debtors list. I want you to be up to date with the financial situation
- A desgnated Property Manager and your one point of contact for everything 'maintenance' on the site.
- A single point of contact for accounts, estate and service charge queries.
- You won't be passed from pillar to post. Your Property Manager or Accounts Officer will be with you every step of the way.

We deliver tailored solutions for every specific need:
- At the time of my first visit to the site I listen to the client's present issues being offered by the existing Managing Agent, so that I can ensure the same mistakes are not made again.
- Transparency - I always ensure that what is offered is provided. If I can't, I will tell clients at the time. I am not there to gain your custom and then not meet expectations. I am in it for the long haul.
- Fast response times are paramount to build good customer relations. Emails are usually answered on the same day, with a clear and concise answer. No waiting for weeks or not getting a response, at all.
- Monthly site visits by your designated Property Manager, which can be attended by Directors to identify issues and update on resolutions.
- Monthly meetings with Directors to discuss Accounts issues, cash flow and future maintenance plans. We are proactive, not reactive.
